The computer misuse act is in place to protect computer users against willful attacks and theft of information. Offences under the act include hacking, unauthorized access to computer systems and purposely spreading malicious and damaging software, such as viruses. Copyright, Designs and Patents Act is there to stop people from taking your products and claiming they are yours or using them without your consent. This means if you like a current song that is about you are not able to take that song and use it as you could end up getting fined and on bad occasions you can go to jail. you are able to ask for permission to use it and some people will allow you to use their work if you buy the music they made.
